Note cards TO CAREGIVERS

Caregiving is not a job — it’s a relationship. It’s a daily act of love, patience, and courage. When someone is living with ALS, the caregiver becomes their hands, their strength, and often their voice. But behind every task, every lift, every reminder, there is a deeper emotional landscape that often goes unspoken.

This blog, Note Cards to Caregivers, is my way of opening that quiet space. These are small messages — like the notes you tuck into a lunchbox or slip into someone’s hand — meant to honor the people who stand beside us through the hardest moments.

Each note card is a truth, a reminder, or a whisper from the inside of the ALS experience. Because sometimes…

“It’s not how you see me — it’s how I feel.”
